This hotel in the pedestrianised Shuhe area was a delightful find during my trip to Yunnan. It offered excellent value for money with its attentive staff, attention to detail, and beautiful location in a small garden with fresh vegetables being grown around. The central location in the old town made it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with electric blankets provided for those chilly mountain nights. I especially enjoyed the view of the garden from my room and the modern bathroom. The breakfast served at this hotel was a highlight, with seasonal wild mushrooms that added a flavorful touch.
All was perfect; nothing to improve.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They even helped retrieve a lost wallet from our previous hotel, showing their exceptional service. The rooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed meeting other guests during meals and tea time. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the Naxi noodles soup. I highly recommend staying at this lovely boutique hotel.

We stayed in a hotel down a charming little alley, which allowed us to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and the bathroom was spotless. the staff provided friendly and efficient service, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. We enjoyed spending time in the hotel's cozy library and taking advantage of the bike rental service to explore the area.
The WiFi connection was not very reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones back home.

The staff were amazing and offered great service and attention to detail. the complementary hand-drawn maps and discount card they gave us were really helpful for exploring the town. the location was perfect, with lots of nearby shops and restaurants, and easy access to other areas. We also loved the cozy and clean rooms, and the fact that they had a great selection of toiletries and filtered water.
We didn't really have any negative experiences at all during our xmas stay. If we had to nitpick, the breakfast options could have been a bit more varied, but they were still tasty and filling.
